- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1 large onion (chopped)

- 1 pound ground beef
- 3/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan; microwave until melted. Stir in eggs until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until firm. Let cool.
- Cook onions and garlic in a non-stick pan until soft; add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in marinara and simmer briefly.
- Assemble lasagna by layering baked noodle sheets, ricotta cheese, meat sauce, and mozzarella in an 8 x 8-inch pan.
- Bake assembled lasagna for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
