- 1 tbsp sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1–2 tbsp oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Prepare the potatoes by peeling and chopping them into chunks. Steam for 10-15 minutes until soft.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the steamed potatoes and combine with rice flour, sugar, and salt.
- Scoop the dough into your palm, roll it into a ball, and flatten it gently with your thumb.
- Place shredded mozzarella in the center of the flattened dough and seal by wrapping it around the cheese.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, then pan-fry the filled dough until golden brown on both sides (around 10-12 minutes).
