Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture alternating with milk, mixing until combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries and lemon zest.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
