- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 4 large eggs
- ¼ cup lemon juice

- 1 cup lemon curd
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth in another bowl. Gradually mix in sugar, then add flour, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition. Stir in sour cream until smooth.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for 60-70 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off the oven and let it cool inside with the door ajar for an hour.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight. Before serving, spread lemon curd on top and optionally add whipped cream.
