Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) for a crispy crust.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it reaches about 12 inches in diameter.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or preheated pizza stone and brush with olive oil.
- Evenly distribute torn mozzarella over the dough.
- Zest one lemon over the cheese and juice both lemons directly onto the pizza.
- Season with salt and pepper, adding extra Parmesan if desired.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, garnish with basil, slice, and serve warm.
