Instructions
- Cook the lobster in boiling water for 7–8 minutes, then extract the meat.
- Cook the macaroni until al dente, then drain.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour to make a roux, then gradually add evaporated milk and half-and-half.
- Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and cheeses until melted.
- Combine macaroni with the cheese sauce and gently fold in lobster meat.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
