Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, cooking until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in salsa and taco seasoning until well mixed.
- Add shredded cabbage, black beans, and water; stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 12 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top; cover until melted.
- Serve garnished with your choice of toppings like sour cream or green onions.
