Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until fluffy.
- Incorporate vegetable oil and brown sugar until well combined.
- Gradually add flour, baking soda, and baking powder; mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in Lucky Charms marshmallows, white chocolate chips, and optional sprinkles.
- Scoop dough into balls (about 2 tablespoons each) and place on prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
