Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and cool under cold water.

  3. Add red onion, roasted bell pepper, carrot, celery, peppadew, and pepperoncini to the dressing; mix well.
  4. Fold in cooled macaroni until coated evenly.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
