Instructions
- Cook macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and cool under cold water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic, mustard, and vinegar; mix until smooth.
- Add red onion, roasted bell pepper, carrot, celery, peppadew, and pepperoncini to the dressing; mix well.
- Fold in cooled macaroni until coated evenly.
- Season with salt and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
