Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly; let marinate for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and remaining salt.
- Place marinated shrimp on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush remaining marinade over the shrimp and top with breadcrumb mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
