Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced apples with maple syrup, brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cornstarch. Spread evenly in the baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, chopped pecans, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter and maple syrup until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the topping over the apple mixture and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
