  • 1 tbsp ube extract

Instructions

  2. In a stand mixer, beat together butter and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; mix until blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and combine until just incorporated.
  5. Divide dough in half; mix one half with ube powder and extract until well blended.
  6. Roll tablespoon-sized balls from both doughs into marbled shapes and coat in sugar.
  7. Place on prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly. Bake for 11-14 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
