Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9-inch pie plate.
- In a food processor, crush pretzels and graham crackers until fine crumbs form. Measure out 1¼ cups of this mixture.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter with sugar, then combine with crushed pretzels and graham crackers. Press the mixture into the pie plate and bake for 7-10 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream in a mixing bowl until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, tequila, triple sec, and optional food coloring. Gently fold in whipped cream until blended.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
