- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- Cocoa powder or sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- Place chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl with butter.
- Heat cream in a small saucepan until just simmering.
- Pour hot cream over chocolate and let sit for 3 minutes.
- Stir in cayenne pepper until smooth; reheat gently if needed.
- Refrigerate mixture until scoopable, about 1-2 hours.
- Scoop out portions and roll into balls.
- Roll each truffle in cocoa powder or sprinkles.
- Chill finished truffles until firm before serving.
