  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • Cocoa powder or sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  2. Place chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl with butter.
  3. Heat cream in a small saucepan until just simmering.
  4. Pour hot cream over chocolate and let sit for 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in cayenne pepper until smooth; reheat gently if needed.
  6. Refrigerate mixture until scoopable, about 1-2 hours.
  7. Scoop out portions and roll into balls.
  8. Roll each truffle in cocoa powder or sprinkles.
  9. Chill finished truffles until firm before serving.
