Instructions

- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Mix gently until just combined.
- 3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared dish. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- 4. For the gravy, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until golden brown. Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes before gradually whisking in beef broth and cream; simmer until thickened.
- 5. Let meatloaf rest before slicing and serving with mushroom gravy poured over.
