  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables; cut chicken into uniform pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sauté chicken until browned and cooked through (5–7 minutes); remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add zucchini, bell pepper, and onion; sauté for about 3–4 minutes.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet along with olives, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, basil, and thyme; mix well and cook for an additional 3–4 minutes.
