- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- ½ red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- Olive oil
- Dried oregano
- Dried basil
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, red onion, garlic, olive oil, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until cheese is golden and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
