Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine lean ground chicken, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, plain breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf in a prepared baking dish.
- Spread ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let it rest for five minutes before slicing.
