Instructions
- Marinate 2 pounds of steak with 2 tablespoons of Mexicali seasoning, the juice of 1 large lime, and 1 tablespoon of avocado oil for 10 minutes.
- Grill the marinated steak on medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side until done to your liking. Let rest before slicing.
- Sauté sliced onions and peppers until tender.
- In bowls, layer cilantro lime rice, sliced grilled steak, sautéed vegetables, and desired toppings.
