Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, pickled jalapeño juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add cooked elbow macaroni to the dressing and stir until evenly coated.
- Gently fold in the chicken ham, celery, carrot, red onion, Munster cheese, jalapeños, and corn.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour or serve immediately.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh parsley.
