Instructions
- Preheat your grill to 400°F (about 5-6 minutes).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, cilantro, lime juice and zest, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Grill the corn directly over the heat for 6-8 minutes until charred and cooked through.
- Once grilled, brush the creamy sauce over each ear of corn.
- Top with crumbled cheese and sprinkle chili powder if desired.
