Ingredients
- 12 small baked tart shells
- 14g butter
- 60g pink marshmallows
- 88g cream cheese
- 85g white chocolate
- 6 tbsp strawberry jam
- 190ml cream
- 200ml whipping cream
- 100g mascarpone
- Powdered sugar to taste
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt together butter, pink marshmallows, cream cheese, and white chocolate until smooth. Stir in strawberry jam and cool completely.
- Whip 190ml of cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cooled mixture gently until combined. Chill for about 30 minutes.
- Fill each tart shell with the creamy filling using a piping bag. Optionally add more strawberry jam in each tartlet.
- In another bowl, whip together 200ml whipping cream with mascarpone and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Scoop onto each tartlet and decorate.
