- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced apples, sugars, cinnamon, flour, and lemon juice; mix well.
- Roll out pie crusts on a floured surface and cut into small circles using a cookie cutter or glass.
- Spoon filling onto half of the circles and cover them with another circle; seal edges with a fork.
- Cut slits on top for steam vents and brush with egg wash.
- Bake on a baking sheet for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
