Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a nonstick mini muffin pan.
- In one bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. Then add the eggs and whisk until combined.
- Gently combine the wet and dry ingredients using a rubber spatula until just mixed; do not overmix.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Fill each muffin cup with batter and bake for 12-14 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
