Instructions
- For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into tartlet pans.
- Heat heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl until simmering. Stir in chocolate chips until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate filling into prepared crusts and let cool slightly.
- Preheat broiler; top each tart with mini marshmallows.
- Broil for 30 seconds to 1 minute until marshmallows are toasted.
- Cool completely before serving.
