Instructions
- Combine crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter; press into a 9×13-inch dish for the base layer. Refrigerate.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in powdered sugar and peppermint extract. Gently fold in whipped cream and mini chocolate chips.
- Spread half of the mint filling over the chilled crust. Repeat layering with remaining ingredients, finishing with mint filling on top.
- Spread whipped topping on the top layer and garnish as desired.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
