Instructions

- Mix with cream cheese: Combine crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
- Shape truffles: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or freeze for 15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate: Heat chocolate in intervals until smooth; add green food coloring if desired.
- Coat truffles: Dip each chilled truffle in melted chocolate and let excess drip off.
