- 1 3-pound Hatfield Classic Boneless Ham
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 10 ounces yellow cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup scallions, minced
- Soft pull-apart slider rolls
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Bake bacon on a parchment-lined baking sheet until crispy (15-20 minutes); chop and set aside.
- Slice the ham into thin pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, scallions, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Stir in the chopped bacon until evenly combined.
- Slice slider rolls in half; spread the dip mixture on both halves.
- Layer ham on the bottom half of each roll and top with the other half.
- Pack sliders tightly in a baking pan; brush tops with melted butter and cover with foil.
- Bake covered for 10 minutes then uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
