  • 1 3-pound Hatfield Classic Boneless Ham
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 10 ounces yellow cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup scallions, minced
  • Soft pull-apart slider rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Bake bacon on a parchment-lined baking sheet until crispy (15-20 minutes); chop and set aside.
  3. Slice the ham into thin pieces.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, scallions, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  5. Stir in the chopped bacon until evenly combined.
  6. Slice slider rolls in half; spread the dip mixture on both halves.
  7. Layer ham on the bottom half of each roll and top with the other half.
  8. Pack sliders tightly in a baking pan; brush tops with melted butter and cover with foil.
  9. Bake covered for 10 minutes then uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
