- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×9-inch pan. Chill while preparing the filling.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Mix in lemon zest and juice.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the filling over the crust; layer fresh blueberries on top and cover with remaining filling.
- Garnish with extra blueberries and lemon zest. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
