Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick butter (melted)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 12 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
- 2 packs (3 oz each) Jell-O Orange Jelly Powder
- 1/3 cup boiling water
- 2 packs (3.4 oz each) Jell-O vanilla-flavor instant pudding mix
- 2 ½ cups cold milk
- ½ cup canned mandarin orange segments (drained)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 dish and chill for 10-15 minutes.
- Dissolve orange Jell-O powder in boiling water; combine with prepared vanilla pudding as per package instructions and let sit.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; fold in 2 cups of Cool Whip and spread over chilled crust.
- Pour the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer and top with remaining Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight; garnish with mandarin oranges before serving.
