  • 2 packs (3.4 oz each) Jell-O vanilla-flavor instant pudding mix
  • 2 ½ cups cold milk
  • ½ cup canned mandarin orange segments (drained)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 dish and chill for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Dissolve orange Jell-O powder in boiling water; combine with prepared vanilla pudding as per package instructions and let sit.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; fold in 2 cups of Cool Whip and spread over chilled crust.
  4. Pour the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer and top with remaining Cool Whip.
