- 50 Oreo cookies (divided)
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- 3 packages full-fat cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1½ cups powdered sugar
- 1¼ cup heavy whipping cream (divided)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by crushing 25 Oreos and mixing them with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Melt white chocolate chips and set aside. Beat cream cheese until creamy, then mix in powdered sugar.
- Fold in melted white chocolate and whipped cream until combined. Pour over crust.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
