Instructions

- Stir in oat flour until fully mixed; if too dry, add more maple syrup or peanut butter as needed.
- Prepare a muffin pan with liners or use a silicone mold.
- Divide the mixture into muffin holes and press down firmly.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate over each cup and refrigerate for 2–3 hours to set.
