Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a medium baking dish or ovenproof skillet.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut milk, red curry paste, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic until smooth.
- Arrange frozen dumplings in a single layer in the baking dish and pour sauce over them.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until bubbling.
- Top with fresh spinach (optional) and garnish with cilantro, sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and chili crunch.
