Instructions
- In a large pot or deep skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic and chopped onion until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
- Add ground beef; cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Season beef with thyme, oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper.
- Stir in pasta and beef broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cover for 10-12 minutes until pasta is al dente.
- Mix in heavy cream and grated parmesan cheese; cook an additional 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Adjust seasoning as needed; garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
