Instructions

- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together; gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in chopped Oreos, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips using a spatula.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them at least two inches apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft; cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.
