Instructions
- Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced cabbage and grated carrots; cook for about 5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Stir in minced garlic, coconut aminos, and sesame oil; season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp; remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, cook ground meat (or chosen protein) until no longer pink.
- Combine cooked protein with the vegetable mixture; top with chopped green onions before serving.
