Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- Prepare your pizza dough as per your recipe and let it rise until doubled in size.
- Cut the risen dough into approximately 1-inch pieces and arrange them on the baking sheet.
- Cover with a clean towel and allow to rise for another 30 minutes.
- Mix together unsalted butter, minced garlic, salt, Italian seasoning, and parsley in a small bowl.
- Brush each dough piece generously with garlic butter before baking.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese immediately after removing from the oven.
