- 1 lb 2.12 oz Family Size package Oreo Cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 12 oz red candy melts
- 12 oz blue candy melts
- ⅓ cup Ghirardelli white melting wafers
- White star confetti sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare two baking trays lined with parchment paper.
- Crush Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Combine crushed Oreos with cream cheese until well mixed.
- Roll mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place on prepared trays.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours (or freeze for 15-20 minutes).
- Melt blue candy melts and dip each ball, tapping off excess coating.
- Sprinkle with white star confetti and refrigerate until set.
- Repeat with red candy melts, dipping each ball again and drizzling melted white wafers on top.
- Allow to chill before serving.
