  • 1 1/4 cups almond milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp light butter
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Grease a 13×9 casserole dish and lay the bread pieces evenly at the bottom.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and granulated sugar together; add almond milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and kosher salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and gently press down to ensure all pieces are soaked.
