- 8 cups fresh peaches (peeled and sliced)
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

- ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
- ½ cup salted butter (room temperature)
- 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and butter a 9×9 baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and salt. Mix well and pour into the prepared baking pan.
- In the same bowl, cream together brown sugar, remaining flour, butter, and remaining cinnamon until clumpy. Stir in old-fashioned oats.
- Crumble the oat mixture over the peach filling evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before serving warm with vanilla ice cream if desired.
