Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and grease a 10" bundt pan.
- Cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Sift together flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and sour cream to the batter until just combined.
- Fold in vanilla extract and diced peaches gently.
- Pour batter into prepared bundt pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 65–70 minutes until a tester comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before serving.
