- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- For the crust: In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until moistened. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- For the filling: In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until fully combined. Pour over the crust.
- For the topping: Combine sliced peaches with flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in another bowl. Toss gently to coat and sprinkle over the cheesecake filling. Dot with cold butter pieces.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes or until set and golden brown on top. Allow cooling completely before slicing into bars.
