Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté bell pepper, onion, and garlic until softened.
- Add ground beef or steak strips; cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in cream cheese and beef broth until smooth.
- Combine cooked pasta with the mixture; top with provolone cheese.
- Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
