Instructions

- Bake for 17-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.
- In another bowl, beat softened butter and cream cheese until smooth; add vanilla and gradually incorporate powdered sugar until you reach desired consistency.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes and add optional toppings like cherries or sprinkles.
