Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325F (165C) and grease your Bundt pan.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy; add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in vanilla and pineapple extracts; combine dry ingredients and alternate with sour cream.
- Gently fold in crushed pineapple; pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 75-85 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 15 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
- For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar with reserved pineapple juice until smooth and drizzle over the cooled cake.
