- 1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 ounces)
- 2 boxes instant pistachio pudding mix (3.4 ounces each)
- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ⅛ cup water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ to 1 cup chopped pistachios
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, pistachio pudding mixes, eggs, vegetable oil, water, and sour cream until well mixed.
- Grease two loaf pans and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
- Pour half of the batter into each prepared pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, melted butter, almond extract, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
- Drizzle glaze over cooled loaves and garnish with chopped pistachios.
