- 4 large croissants (fresh or day-old)
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the pistachio paste, mascarpone cheese, sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and glossy. Chill for 20–30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) if using day-old croissants.
- Slice each croissant lengthwise while keeping one side attached.
- Generously fill each croissant with the chilled pistachio cream.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
