Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, eggs, and butter; mix until well blended.
- Add milk and the pistachio pudding mix; stir until smooth.
- Slowly incorporate the flour, baking powder, and salt; fold gently until no dry flour remains.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serve as desired.
