Instructions
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter and stir in mini marshmallows until smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and salt.
- Gradually add Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated with the marshmallow mixture; fold in pistachios.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan using a greased spatula or hands.
- Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top and let set at room temperature until firm.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve or store for later.
