- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
- Optional: orange food coloring, granulated sugar (for rolling), chocolate chips (for topping)
Instructions
- In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, combine butter, cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until thickened.
- Add in graham cracker crumbs and white chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Optionally mix in food coloring.
- Pour the mixture onto a greased baking sheet and refrigerate for about 2 hours or overnight until firm.
- Once chilled, roll into small balls using buttered hands.
- Roll each truffle in granulated sugar and top with chocolate chips to resemble stems.
